Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom (UK): Free Standard Shipping (2-5 business days)
- Europe: £4.99 (5-10 business days)
- Rest of the World: £9.99 (10-20 business days)
Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, customs processing, and unforeseen courier delays.
Tracking & Order Updates
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days, please contact our support team at viviskiofficial@gmail.com
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes based on their country's regulations. Viviski is not responsible for these charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue. However, Viviski is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
